Litha - A Mid Summer poem. Check it out, this is a cool site.

Litha ( Mid Summer )

All Hail the Glory
Of Bright Mid summers Day
We bid you welcome to our stead
... We enjoin you to come and stay
Come take a sup from Cerridwin's Caldron
Come Dance tonight with the Fae,

All Hail to our Father Lugh
... Whose merry child awaits him
All Hail to the Great Mother Frigga
Our White Lady of Summers whim
All Hail Balder the blessed child
Of light both bright and dim
Blessings be on this longest day
To all who come within

Hail the South where the suns fire burns
This day is thine, your protection we yearn

Hail the West of cool waters delight
Summer rainfalls blessings, on us tonight

Hail the North with growing flowers fair
May the Fae guard us round on the evening air

Hail the East with sweet scented embrace
Petals dance round our feet in protection and grace

In the fields we know best, we now stand upon
While the door stands open wide for divination's song
Moon White blossoms of the lady's Elder
Are on the Altar fair
Sun Yellow are the Wort blooms,
Gathered for our hair

Time to open our minds to the gentle Power there
Time to speak our truths by the sunlight's glare
The battle of the Warrior rages, always within oneself
Proper it is ,the Warriors way,
Who hides not their power on a dusty shelf
Tucked away from the moonlight fair
Time to be true to the Self

Like the Phoenix from the ashes
We are renewed again to Life
Wild the bonfires burn on this Night of Delight
Leap High over the Fires and Drive the cattle swiftly
Call for the Sunwheels power and grace
To feed the world of the light

Dance we now in the firelight
On This the Night of the Fae
Dance on in the Moonlights fancy
Before we go on our way

With the Dance comes Freedom
For bringing forth new life we call
First fruits on the bough, sweet is it now
The herbs so green deck the Hall

Time to make Charms for the living
Time to make Charms for the marriage bed
Time for Rituals of Protection
Over all our lands and farmsteads
Hail Mighty Mother soon come to your borning bed
Bring to us the Power when we stand in thy stead

Hail the Innocence of the Children
This Night of Mid summers day
Summon we now the Powers of Light
That they grow upright and strong we pray

Stir Now the Caldron of Cerridwin
Let the Wisdom of all things flow
Prepare now for thy own prosperity
Let the Glad tidings show
By Moonlights Sparkle or Sunlight's Grace
With the Power endow this place

Sunlight and Moonlight are one in the same
Call on them now, in the Mother and Fathers name
Bright the white moonlight of our Mothers grace
Warm the Yellow Sunlight on our fields,
Sweet is Our Fathers face

Hail the South where the suns fire burns
This day is thine, your protection we earned

Hail the West of cool waters delight
Summer rainfalls blessings, did fall on us tonight

Hail the North with growing flowers fair
Did the Fae guard us round on the evening air

Hail the East with sweet scented embrace
Petals danced round our feet in protection and grace

Say hello to Heath Stallcup, story teller extraordinaire!

Heath has gracefully agreed to let me delve into his personal and professional life, and as a huge fan of his, I am very excited about this interview and the upcoming release of his novel, Forneus Corson: The Idea Man.  For those of you that have not yet had the pleasure of reading his work, or “meeting” him, this glimpse into his life will be a journey you will not soon forget. Heath’s talent and flair with words will surely astonish you. So, without further ado – Meet Heath Stallcup, the man behind Whispers and the Monster Squad books, to mention just a couple. Quinn - Tell us a little about yourself.  Who is Heath Stallcup? Are you married? Do you have any children? Heath – Oh, yeah. Very married. Very childrened. Even grandchildrened a bit, too. I’ve been married to the same wonderful little gal for 372 years, every one more happy than the last.  If you ask her, it’s only been a little over 20, but you can’t fill that much joy into such a

Sneak Peek!

Unable to contain my excitement I just had to share with you all the preliminary sketch of the book cover for the new edition of my werewolf story. Not only has it been rewritten, I have lengthened it and given it a new title. Originally titled Bipedal, it is now titled “The Magic of Moon Light”. Artist Michael Calandra is the genius responsible for this magnificent work of art. This is a work in progress; I am so looking forward to seeing the finished picture.

Dina Rae's Halo of the Damned is phenomenal!

Halo of the Damned by Dina Rae is exemplary writing. With well-defined characters, a plot that is gripping, fast paced and infectious it leaves the reader with no option other than to forge ahead within this tale of a world infiltrated by God's banished; the fallen angels and the demonic minions they've created, human worshipers and Satan. At the center of it all, are three courageous women: Joanna, Kim and Kim's daughter Maria. After the death of their mother Lydia Easterhouse, Joanna and Kim discover that their mother led a secret life. The Easterhouse offspring are strong, brave, able and willing to do whatever it takes when faced with having to deal with the cunning and evil Andel Talistokov, also known as Armaros. Andel's assistant Marcus is to Andel what Renfield was to Dracula, only a bit more humorous and pathetic. It's hard not to pity him. The pint-sized spitfire Maria will steal your heart. I must mention the handsome charismatic Tony and but i
